Are my packages insured?

Our shipping companies offer insurance to insure delivery and any damage due to shipping. We do not, at this time, offer insurance.

How do I place my order?

First, you register, then fill out the order form with as much information as you can. This will ensure we have all the information we need to find the product for you. What is the minimum amount of order I can place?

At present we do not have a minimum order. Please bear in mind that this is subject to change in the future.

How do I pay?

You can make payments by Bank Wire transfer, Western Union, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Do you group orders?

Yes, we try to save you shipping costs, however, it depends on our shipper's consolidate policy and where (the country) the order is shipped.

Can I change my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can call us or email us to change your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we can only cancel orders if they haven't been shipped. Call or email us if you have any questions.

How do I confirm that my order has been received?

We will send you an email to confirm your order.

How do I know my payment has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation receipt.

Why do I have to pay a service fee to One Stop Shop Abroad?

We do the shopping for you so you don't have to! We save you time and money, not to mention the time you save on travel looking all over the place for the product you can't find. The 10% service fee on the total order is for the time we spend on finding your product. It's doesn't include shipping costs. You can't beat that anywhere!

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the shipping company. Shipping can take 3 to 14 days depending on the airfreight method you chose and country where the product is being shipped. Ocean Freight takes 18 to 30 days, depending on when the shipment is received. We also offer door to door delivery, depending on your country.
